Although we now have over 500 employees based across 13 sites, our entrepreneurial spirit is stronger than ever, and its due to our people that CCS Media is a growing business, and one that takes care of its employees as individuals. It’s how we started and it’s how we intend to continue operating.

Personal development is extremely important to us. We actively encourage senior staff to be accessible and offer support to new and existing employees as well as members of our Technology Sales Apprenticeship Academy. We want staff to see what the rewards are for being successful at CCS Media.

Whichever path you choose you’ll follow our five stages of progression. However, that doesn’t automatically mean you’ll start at stage one or stay on the same level indefinitely. Whatever your experience, whether an apprentice, graduate, experienced salesperson, or senior manager, all our career paths are designed with you in mind.

We firmly believe that hard work should be rewarded. Each year team members can earn a place on our Annual Incentive Trip, which gives them the opportunity to visit far flung places such as the Cayman Islands, Costa Rica, Singapore, South Africa, and Las Vegas.
We offer regular incentives which culminate in an Achievers Dinner at the end of each quarter. Our annual Summer Conference which is dedicated to celebrating the achievements of our fantastic team, CCS Media Racings Days because we love cars and most importantly everyone has a chance to have their say with frequent forums and surveys.
